2010 Fashion Week in Toronto

It was a bit of shock that talented fashion designers are mostly coming from the north like Greta Constatine.

The fashion designer became the darling of Toronto Fashion Scene as his collection took over an Audi dealership to show loyalists and media in supporting her 2010 Spring collection. Greta became known for their impressive work with Jersey  may be inspiration run too free that some critics pledged the collection as a bit scattered.

The collection  comes from fresh and innovative ideas that everyone love. It is definitely a rising reputation and making of a fashion designer start for the young designer.  Aside from Greta, there is also Travis Taddeo, Lucian Matis, and Pink Taratan.

World’s Most Expensive Handbags (Top 1) – Ginza Tanaka’s Purse

And the winner is… for the most expensive purse in the world to date is a unique bag created by Japanese jewelry house Ginza Tanaka. It’s a Diamond Studded Platinum Handbag—over 2,000 diamonds totaling 208 carats. The strap can be taken off and worn as a necklace or bracelet. It also features an eight carat pear-shaped diamond that can be worn separately as a brooch, how cool!! Some sites say it’s priced at $1.63 million, some says it’s priced at $1.9million. It doesn’t matter which price is correct. Did they really expect someone to actually use this bag?!

This doesn’t stop my quest for the world’s most expensive handbag. I’m pretty sure another designer bag might just dislodge Ginza Tanaka’s purse from being known as the world’s most expensive purse soon.

And so I thought, Urban Satchel holds the title of being the most expensive purse. Chanel “Diamond Forever” Classic Bag came into picture which is priced at $261,000. Only thirteen of these pricey Chanel bags were created with only five available stateside. The alligator-skin bags featured clasps set with 334 diamond (3.56 carats) in the shape of Chanel’s trademark double-C logo.
