The Fluorescent Tweed Bag From Marc Jacobs

March 1st, 2010 by aclazaro

Everybody finds this bag so charming. But what could be the reason behind this to think that it is just made out of simple gemstones of various colors awkwardly placed all over the bag. Some say, it is simply because it is Marc Jacobs.

One thing’s for sure about this bag. It has the capacity to make feel light and smile at first sight of it. Probably when Marc Jacobs designed this, he was smiling too.

This bag might not appear to be too practical nor even too fashionable. But it exudes a certain sense of fun, reminding us that sometimes it is all worth it to live life as if you are Lady Gaga.

Villador Carpetto Bow Bag

February 26th, 2010 by aclazaro

If intricate curls, bows and softy designs suit your taste that could be close enough to a Valentino collection but costs a lot less, then the Villador Carpetto Bow Bag might do the trick for you.  Utilizing leather made of goatskin, it’s marshmallow feel of softness would compensate for its less stylish seamed edges on the leather bow design which make it look somewhat cheap.  The bow might be a little oversized that somehow encompasses the whole bag, but it brings an attitude to it for you to casually match it on your casual date jeans or your favorite summer sundress, especially because of its earth tone and sloven look.

The Galactic Versace Scream Shopper

February 25th, 2010 by aclazaro

If you want something from Versace that is far from being common this time, then the Versace Scream Shopper could be the handbag for you. But I am not so sure if it would really fit your taste or not. If you have that rockish kind of personality, then you might find it appealing.

Just to start with the color combination of yellow, purple and black can already exude some genuine kind of eccentricity. It has prints that show of some flower design in square prints of black. Some studs surround its edges in tiny cone shapes.

Its size is perfect to accommodate all your daily essentials in with a flip-lock flap for added security. Its handles are made of yellow braided material to top it all off.

Jypsiere from Hermes

February 24th, 2010 by aclazaro

Any bag from the Hermes collection is considered an icon. However, it felt for most of its customers that their bags are only suited for those who are always dressed for the occasion. So when they released Jypsiere, it was an answered prayer for the more casual attire getters.

The Hermes Jypsiere appears like a typical messenger bag that can flow down comfortably at your hip. It has a shoulder strap that can be easily adjusted. It was a total reinvention for a typical Hermes Kelly collection. Their new design was really for the classic chic but it gained some attention of many bag fanatics. Finally, Hermes Kelly came up with a more usable bag for their loyal customers. In fact, Hermes is really picking up some popularity with their decision to start selling more of the leather goods as well.

Trend: Roxy Bags

January 20th, 2010 by nixxi

Roxy is a great brand that started out with boardshorts and swimwear for women. Now the line has expanded to include bags, shoes, shirts and other apparel. What makes Roxy so appealing to young people and women in general is the no-frills look about their items. As you can see, the bags are detailed heavily on texture and the material but there are no obstructive charms dangling and the overall effect is clean lines and simplicity despite having prints or copper detailing.

These bags are from their Spring/Summer 2010 collection, the ultimate latest for Roxy. It will suit casual days or workdays, even vacations and beach trips.
