Here are some tips on how to make you thin and fit: 

If you are going to eat cheeseburger today, make sure to do this luxurious meal at least once a week only. It is okay for you to occasional treat yourself to French fries, pizza, burger, etc, however, make sure you just have them once in a while only. 

After eating one big cheeseburger, make sure to avoid any succeeding chances of you eating the same fat food. 

If you want to loose weight, make sure that that your reason is because you like it and not because you need to for someone else. 

These are just some of the tips that you can do to have a consistent weight.
