Skip The Soda To Loose Water Weight

Avoid high sugar foods like soda, and other foods that contain high fructose corn syrup, cakes, cookies, ice cream toppings, including sweetened cereals. So, if you are serious in losing weight, give up that refreshing soda or that sweetened cereals.
