Poor diet with a sedentary lifestyle can interfere with your body’s natural process of balancing the fluid in the body. The result is fluid imbalances. Here are some of the fruits that can actually help to maintain the proper balance of water in your body:

Bananas are natural source of potassium. Potassium is best in helping the body in maintaining the balance of fluids in our body. Other fruits that do that same are raisins, apricots, and avocados.

Herbs are a good source of fiber as well as cereal, brown rice, ginger, cabbage, and cranberry juice. They have a mild diuretic effect that can also help in shedding off unwanted fluids.
