It is so hard to treat a parched hair that was damaged from over treatment and dryness. It is very expensive to go to the spa for a hair re-moisturizing. The worst part is no matter how expensive your moisturizing shampoo is, it cannot treat your damaged hair. Moisturizing shampoo actually prevents your hair to become dry and later on be damaged.
