Beauty Tips: How to Manage Stress

Stress is already part of our lives. Stress can cause by the environment, lifestyle, emotional, and physiological effects. Here are some tips on how to reduce stress and its side effects:

Try progressive Muscle Relaxation. All you need is to lay down in a quiet place, breath in deeply and exhale slowly and close your eyes. Try to tense a muschle group in your body for 10 seconds and them relax them. Start with your feet, legs, thighs, stomach, arms, and head.

Try doing some meditation. This brings peace and serenity that could relief stress.

You can do some yoga. It helps manage stress and helps tone muscles. It can improve flexibility and posture.

Take some time to rest and relax. After a stressful day or week, make sure to treat yourself probably at the end of the day or on weekend.

Exercise can actually reduce stress.
