The Hermes Medor Clutch

April 26th, 2010 by aclazaro

The Hermes Medor Clutch is something that you have all the right to be obsessed with. It stands out with its simple touch of metal through its stud like hardware. It is not like the rest which you think was designed with so much rage for metal. The overall design is very simple.

Its hardware over black base is stunning and very much captivating to anyone who would set their eyes on it. Its hardware design is what would anyone be able to say that “this is truly Hermes”. This comes in small size of 23 cm and a large one of 29 cm.

The leather of the clutch is made out of box skin, making it very durable but it can be prone to scratches compared to the other Hermes bag products. You may see this leather version a beauty but wait till you see the exotic green skin from their Spring collection.

A clutch might be just any other clutch we usually see but not if that clutch is from Hermes. Although Hermes prefers simple designs with their clutches, it is still on the wishlist of most fashionable women upto date. The Hermes Medor clutch has a palladium collier de chien hardware that is like a sculptured art to your eyes. The leather is just so perfect and the size is just right too. The price tag is $4,200 and I guess if everyone can afford one, it will be out of stock immediately. Check out more photos below.

Jypsiere from Hermes

February 24th, 2010 by aclazaro

Any bag from the Hermes collection is considered an icon. However, it felt for most of its customers that their bags are only suited for those who are always dressed for the occasion. So when they released Jypsiere, it was an answered prayer for the more casual attire getters.

The Hermes Jypsiere appears like a typical messenger bag that can flow down comfortably at your hip. It has a shoulder strap that can be easily adjusted. It was a total reinvention for a typical Hermes Kelly collection. Their new design was really for the classic chic but it gained some attention of many bag fanatics. Finally, Hermes Kelly came up with a more usable bag for their loyal customers. In fact, Hermes is really picking up some popularity with their decision to start selling more of the leather goods as well.

Hermès Leather Garden Party Bag

January 25th, 2010 by daphne reyes

Hermès Leather Garden Party Bag

Garden Party Bag, Hermès red negonda leather with chevron canvas lining, silver and palladium Clou de Selle snap closure, 14″x 10.25″ x 6.5″ $2,625.00
Infomation above is noted as per their website as of today, January 25, 2010.
Every woman loves bags. It’s a given. And if you’re a woman, you know what Hermès is. Well, maybe not all knows why the price is such for such a simple bag but just so you know, Hermès does not use assembly lines; only one craftsman may work on one handbag at a time, hand-stitching each individual piece. Due to the labour-intensive nature of Hermès production methods and the use of rare materials (sometimes including exotic skins as well as precious metals), one bag can take 18 to 24 hours to create. When Hermès leather goods require repair, owners are encouraged to bring the item back to any Hermès store where it can be shipped to the factory in Paris for repair or reconditioning. If that’s not enough explanation to you as for the cost; Those outfitted by the company to some extent include: the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, John F. Kennedy, Jackie Kennedy, Sammy Davis, Ingrid Bergman, Lauren Bacall, Humphrey Bogart, Romy Schneider, Catherine Deneuve, and Grace Kelly. Hermès became more popular thru the “Kelly Bag” which was named after Grace Kelly as she was seen a lot carrying it.
Question is, how much would you spend on a bag?
