To be honest, there nothing that we can do to remove those stretch marks especially those who became pregnant. What we can do now is to lighten them so we could at least hide them. You can use any whitening cream to put in them every night. If you do not have any whitening cream you can use petroleum. This could actually lighten your stretch marks.
You can use other mistuning cream if you do not have any petroleum.

If you are planning to get a new hairdo this coming holiday season, you need to be updated on what’s going to be “in” this coming year.
This 2010, monochromatic hair color will be the fashion style. Yes, it will be the sexy and stylish hairdo for 2010. Streaks and highlights will be saying good bye at the end of the 2009.
Here are some of my tips to maintain that monochromatic hairdo all year long:
For blonds, make sure to brighten your base and try to blend any existing highlights. You need to do a monthly gloss or an hair spa to get that extra shine.
For Brunettes, A deep chocolate or coffee shade will do the trick. Choose a darker shades, at least 2 tones darker, in order to get that sultriness.
For red heads, stay away from copper hues. They will make your complexion pale. Try using the amber or auburn shade.
Best Hair Treatment Mask For Damaged Hair
October 30th, 2009 by dooce
It is so hard to treat a parched hair that was damaged from over treatment and dryness. It is very expensive to go to the spa for a hair re-moisturizing. The worst part is no matter how expensive your moisturizing shampoo is, it cannot treat your damaged hair. Moisturizing shampoo actually prevents your hair to become dry and later on be damaged. But, it cannot actually treat a dry and damaged hair.
Treating a damaged hair will require an hair mask treatment. I want to share with you the hair mask treatment cream I used to re-moisturize my hair.
You can try using Phytokarite Ultra Nourishing mask for dry hair. I am glad I used this product. It was the product that made my hair healthy. Try it out, it might work well to you, too.

Get Yourself a Facial at Home
October 29th, 2009 by dooce
Getting a facial nowadays is very expensive; here are some tips on how to get a professional facial at your very own home:
Cleansing Phase
Clean your face thoroughly with soap and water before you start. Choose a cleanser that will match your skin type in order to remove all make up.
Exfoliate Phase
Exfoliate your skin by removing dead skin cells that can actually pile on top of another skin. This actually causes dry skin, flakiness or worst – pimples! Get an exfoliating cream or a homemade one to use in your face and massage your face in circular motion. Your chin and your forehead are the only ones you need to exfoliate.
Steaming Phase
You can get a hot water that you can tolerate and will not burn your skin and dip a wash cloth and press it in your face. Repeat these in 2 to 3 times. This will open your skin pores and you’re ready on Mask phase.
Mask your face using a masking cream for 10 to 20 minutes and after which you need to moisturize.
These are the simple steps to pamper yourself.
Natural Exfoliation is the Better Way
October 29th, 2009 by dooceIn order to get rid of the old skin cells, exfoliation is needed. Exfoliating or removing the dead skin cells will make our skin glowing, smooth, and soft. However, instead of buying expensive exfoliating solution, you can actually make a more effective exfoliation.
You can actually use Kraft Miracle Whip. Whip all over your neck, face, and shoulders and leave it for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, try to massage these areas. Use lukewarm water to remove it and continue with your cleansing regimen. Try applying these everyday for 6 weeks and you will see that you will have a better complexion.
